Position Title: Project Manager

Location: New Delhi

Reporting Manager: Managing Director

Responsibilities :

- Providing analytical support to the organization's growth initiatives, including financial model development, communication of strategy and required execution plan for potential growth opportunities.

- Managing relationships with existing investors.

- Initiating and assisting in the fund raise process.

- Preparing various communication material and updates for Board and Investors.

- Monitoring the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and recommending best practice strategies.

- Evaluating various key strategic initiatives and their impact on the business.

- Oversee competitive and industry analyses, including financial performance, operating trends and valuation

Qualifications :

- Degree in Finance from reputed college and strong professional Finance background. MBA or equivalent degree

Desired Skill Set :

- Financial modelling

- Knowledge of financial analysis control frameworks and techniques

- Budgetary control reporting (including funds and cash flow management)

- Statutory / regulatory compliance management

- Ability to handle multiple businesses

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong eye for detail

- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

- Demonstrate ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
