About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only manage the financial & accounts of the Firm but also collaborate closely with the business units to provide strategic insights and drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: - Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Strategic Planning and Analysis: - Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Provide strategic input and financial analysis to support decision-making processes. - Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Reporting and Compliance: - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. - Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaboration with Business Units: - Work closely with various business units to provide financial insights and support. - Assist in the development of business plans and financial models. - Evaluate business performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of experience in finance and Indian accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards. - Proven experience in finance, accounts, compliances, and strategic management. - Excellent team management skills.
