About FUEL :

Friends Union For Energising Lives (FUEL, read more at www.studentsfuel.org) is a non-profit organization focused on connecting students to education and career opportunities. For the last seven years, FUEL has worked with 2,500+ schools and has reached to 7 lac+ students in India and East Africa.

FUEL has received the highly prestigious Ashoka Fellowship, an appreciation from former President of India, Dr. Kalam and is the winner of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation India) - Skill Innovation Challenge 2014- .

Fuel's core programs are :

- The Career Educonnect program - Includes aptitude tests, one-on-one career counseling, phone based helpline, and SMS based alerts.

- The Ahead of Times program - Includes job skills and professional training for students.

Mitigate Educational inequality in India by Counselling and supporting over 1 crore students by 2020

Job Description :

- Reports to the Director, CSR Engagement

- Building relationships with Corporate CSR teams and philanthropic organizations.

- Building and managing stakeholder and partnership monitoring and reporting systems.

- Regularly communicating information on FUEL activities and share best practices reports and case studies to multiple stakeholders.

- Planning and scheduling corporate engagement activities on a regular basis.

- Preparing Presentations and Participating in donor meetings and follow ups.

- Prepare and update daily, Weekly and Monthly reports

- Monitor achievements of Fund raising targets and early on flag off any shortfalls in meeting programme targets.

- Coordinate process of recording and responding to stakeholder's feedback.

Requirements :

- An undergraduate degree in business, economics, management or engineering or a related field with good academic record. A strong alumni network is preferred

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of working experience across corporate or social sector.

- Good Communication skills

- Good operational management and monitoring and assessment skills certainty

- Willingness to travel as required
