ftcash - Strategic Alliances Role

Role:

1. Responsible for growing the business by acquiring and developing channel partners.

2. Maintain an alliance with strategic partners and develop a sales strategy.

3. Prepare strategic Sales and Marketing plans.

4. Work with the sales team members of the region to grow the channel network and activate the channel partners for bringing revenue growth

5. Build a relationship with alliance partners and develop business globally.

6. Create and implement business plans for partners.

7. Provide business inputs and ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness in service and product.

8. Identify other channels of lead generation, B2B marketing, participation in industry events and conferences for lead generation etc.

9. Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the company & its products.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

1. The ambition and willingness to help the company's growth.

2. He must have exceptional communication skills.

3. Building relationships and nurturing them to leverage business goals.

PROFILE:

1. An MBA with 3-10years of demonstrated experience working in large and complex projects will be preferred.

2. Proven planning skills with an ability to deliver specific outcomes within the clearly defined time.

3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

4. An ability to sense and analyze situations and formulate strategies that create sustainable value for the organization.
