Job Brief :
We are looking for a versatile Trainer to design and deliver training programs for various teams. Responsibilities include conducting skill gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with internal employees to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct skill gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Design training Modules
- Conduct Process, Product & Soft Skills Training
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
- Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions.
- Tracking, managing & improvising on important performance parameters linked to Sales Networks KPIs like attrition, risk & other benchmarks.
- Design assessments for training sessions, conduct assessments
- Work cross-functionally to improve their performance and support them by conducting supplemental training sessions.
- Succession planning to prepare bench strength for future leaders and grooming them on the required skill set
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years and above experience required.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
- Empathy: Ability to approach any situation with patience and natural empathy.
- Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements.
- Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
