Frost & Sullivan - Senior Research Analyst - Unified Communications

Role Description:

As a part of the Enterprise Collaboration team, you will collect, analyze and synthesize data on industry participants, annual results, global & regional trends, market size/share, forecasting primarily for South Asia & Middle East region. Your key role will be to do secondary research and conduct primary interviews with key stakeholders of leading collaboration products and services companies to gather the latest information and compile it into research services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor the Unified Communications Industry ranging from telephony, conferencing, contact center, email other Unified communication applications and provide insightful, quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through market sector reports.

- Keep a pulse of the market and changing trends in premise-based solutions and cloud services

- Involve in consulting projects that range from market analysis, due-diligence, go-to-market strategy, product strategy, demand-supply gap analysis, Consumer Satisfaction, Customer experience analysis, and much more.

- You are required to write technology or market whitepapers, conduct webinars, deliver on-site presentations

- Stay interactive with our top clients through client enquiries, presentations, analyst meetings, etc.

- Have a good understanding of technologies within the collaboration segment

The Ideal candidate should have:

- Electronic/ Telecommunication engineering preferably with an MBA, with a good record of academic achievement.

- 2-4 years- experience (minimum 2 yrs for RA position and 4 yrs for SRA position) in the industry preferably with the OEM, Telecom Service provider, System integrator or any consulting company

- Candidates currently in Presales role will be preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills including modeling and forecasting

- Good PowerPoint and excel modeling skills is mandatory

- Comfort with domestic/ overseas travel
