Frost & Sullivan is seeking experienced professionals to join the Healthcare (HC) practice, in the Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology domain.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development

- Identify and close business opportunities in the Middle East North Africa and South Asia (MENASA) region

- Build and strengthen relationship with existing and new clients (key accounts)

- Pipeline management and constant interaction with the business head

- Write creative proposals demonstrating the clients’ challenges and needs with clear proposition of how to address these.

- Create new opportunities and repeat business from current engagements.

Project Design and Leadership

- Manage the delivery of major strategic consulting engagements from inception to completion, incorporating design, plan, cost and management. Ensure high quality and timely delivery of consulting engagements.

Research and Strategic Evaluation

- Conduct primary/secondary tailored market research; Develop and apply research methodologies. Develop relevant strategic and tactical recommendations; Author concise, accurate reports, papers and presentations; Support in the preparation of reports by providing market information.

Other

- Play an active role in contributing to the overall business unit's growth in the region

- Identify new areas with business potential for the specific practice

- Attend and present in conferences to strengthen our brand name

- Actively seek public relations opportunities

- Assist in our annual events

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

The successful candidate will be a professional and committed business consultant, with a thorough understanding of market research/consulting methodologies. Proven success with direct client interaction, custom research project fulfillment and a pro-active, methodical and innovative working practice is essential, with a proven ability to deliver accurate results within a fast paced, client focused environment.

Essential:

- Advanced ability to drive business development, manage strong business relationships, create proposals, negotiate and close business.

- Strong project management skills, with leadership ability.

- Previous consulting or senior level research /analyst experience.

- Experience in the Pharma and Biotech markets

- Articulate with excellent written and oral English communication skills.

- A degree level education or equivalent. MBA/Masters degree is an advantage
