Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include managing the Energy & Environment Technology Cluster, developing strategic research content and executing custom projects, engaging in business development activities and meeting financial goals for the vertical business. Most critically, the incumbent is responsible for building and mentoring a strategic research team, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and meeting revenue targets.

Sales/BD :

- Supporting in business development activities along with the sales team

- Develop client engagement skills by working closely with senior team members of Frost & Sullivan

- To drive the marketing and PR strategy of the sector by working closely with relevant Frost & Sullivan departments

- Attend and present at conferences and build a strong network of clients

Research Management :

- Fulfill research and consulting targets as the program manager for the Energy & Environment research cluster

- Manage and coordinate research initiatives and resources

- Define the research milestones and communicate the same to the research team

- Focus on punctuality and quality of research or consulting delivery by regularly monitoring the performance and contribution of the research team

Strategic Contribution :

- Play an active role in contributing to the overall business unit's sales and product/service strategies

- Identify new areas with business potential and be able to communicate the same to the entire business unit

Qualification and Experience :

- An Engineering degree coupled with an MBA

- High knowledge of the Energy & Environment markets. These includes sectors such as renewable energy, sustainable resources and green technology, water & wastewater technologies, solid waste management, oil & gas

- Minimum 5 years of experience in research or consulting firms of having experience in handling large scale market research or consulting assignments

- Has experience in managing a team of analysts to fulfill group targets

- Sound analytical thinking and an ability to handle projects independently.
