Frost & Sullivan is scouting for result & target oriented Business Development professionals who have a great zeal & expertise in market research & consulting selling experience
Key Responsibility :
- Business Development:- Handling Consulting and Research Services Sales and Client Relationship in south Asian markets in the Manufacturing industry
- Personal Selling:-Targeting new Business Development in new & existing markets.
- Build relationship to up sell & cross sell.
- Pipeline management & constant interaction with business heads.
- Expected to develop revenues from new clients. Should be able to understand client requirement, suggest customized solutions, prepare business proposals and close deals. Thorough understanding of operational excellence and past experience in Business development is a must.
Job Requirement:
- 5 to 7 yrs of work experience in Business Development function, preferably in Research & Consulting space
- Postgraduates, preferably in Engineering who can understand the manufacturing process and consult
- Highly motivated individuals to augment our aggressive growth plans.
- Should possess strong communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long-term relationships with Senior Management.
- Passion for sales and an unyielding drive to succeed in an international selling environment.
- Should be very good in proposal building, powerpoint presentation, strategic interactions & exposure. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Management is required
