Job Requirement :

- Work on assigned projects for the Public Sector & Government Consulting Practice in the region at various positions in the project team

- Understand client requirement stated in RFP / communicated through other forms and develop concept notes proposals using the right a feasible framework.

- Plan the execution and delivery of the project or of the assigned task effectively to meet the goals.

- Interact with various CBU leaders across multiple Business Units in the company to get client needs addressed effectively.

- Proactively develop/nurture client relationships along with the Account Head in the capacity of delivery person and demonstrate expert industry knowledge.

- Contribute to the development of the Public Sector group through the BD team by seeding in ideas, information, concepts on topics, areas that could be explored

Essential :

- An understanding of Public Sector domain.

- Proven experience in working on Public Sector Projects in India

- Experience working on a variety of public sector projects

- The candidate shall also be involved in project management with various Business Units apart from writing project proposals for the above.

- The self-motivation to individually understand the requirement and put together a framework for execution and executing the same is required.

- The confidence to present to senior business stakeholders within client organizations.

- Experience in working on client sites at different levels on Government projects.

- Strong business acumen skills and willingness to manage critical delivery requirements through a pseudo team formed for the project.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with complete fluency in English language.
