Frost & Sullivan is seeking experienced Sales Professionals to join the sales team based in Mumbai/Bangalore and selling into South Asian markets.

Job Description:

Sales Management:

- Handling Consulting and Research Services Sales and Client Relationship in south Asian markets

Personal Selling:

- Targeting new Business Development in new & existing markets.

- Build relationship to up sell & cross sell.

- Pipeline management & constant interaction with business heads.

Responsibilities/Job functions:

- The incumbent should have multitasking abilities with primary focus on sales, business development as this position is responsible for business engagement and interactions with senior management of various Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Imaging, Hospitals and Health IT companies.

- The position is unique in that, through the matrix structure it interacts with and affects all other business units.

- Develop sales strategy, sales forecast and business plans for growth.

- Develop and maintain strategic alliances.

- Development of new clients.

- Negotiate and close business dealings.

- New business growth.

- Retaining existing customers. Hunters focused on getting and exploring new business opportunities leveraging the telephonic medium of communication

The ideal candidate should be:

- Highly motivated individuals to argument our aggressive growth plans.

- Should possess strong communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long-term relationships with Senior Management.

- Passion for sales and an unyielding drive to succeed in an international selling environment.

- Post-graduates in any discipline with 4-7 years of experience in B2B selling with sales management experience from Consulting companies preferred.

- Should be very good in proposal building, power point presentation, strategic interactions & exposure. Healthcare domain knowledge and experience will be a great value addition.
