Key Job Responsibilities:

- The Person would be required to independently manage a BD Team comprising of executives and consultants

- Responsible for achieving the team Target for specified year in cooperation with his Team

- Develop road map (short term as well as long term) for achieving the target and implement the same, implementation efficiency will be key KPI

- Develop new consulting business and manage strategic client accounts in these industries as well as generate revenues through sales for CMF Practice.

- Responsible for Training & Mentoring of the BD team and Strategic Initiatives for Business Development

- Candidate's profile will involve active Business development, and coordinating with Clients and the Consulting time throughout the course of a project

What we are looking for

- Candidates with 6 -15 years of solid sales/marketing/BD experience

- Candidate with an MBA degree would be preferred

- Should have developed high level contacts in the key companies under CMF space

- Should possess very strong people skills, as well as written and oral communication skills (as the job will involve interacting heavily with Clients, Proposal making, etc)

- Candidates must have experience working in South Asia and Middle East region (Petrochemicals sector) and
should have basic knowledge of this sector

- Candidates who aim to grow their Business development/Marketing careers are preferred.
