About Us :

FrontRow is an expert led learning platform for creative arts, sports & fitness and hobbies. We are hiring across tech, product and business. We believe everyone has a passion (whether it's singing or badminton or writing) which is a major source of joy in their lives. However, there's a severe lack of avenues to pursue these passions further.

Offline options are often lacklustre and expensive whereas there is little to no high quality content available online. Skills in many of these categories are not codified as in hard sciences and often possessed only by those who've reached the very pinnacle of the field. Our mission is to codify the tribal knowledge gained from years of practice and struggle across these fields and create a platform to enable even casual learners to learn.

Responsibilities :

- Find ways to deeply understand the market and evolving user behaviour, so you can ideate on new products and iterate on existing ones.

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

- Work on feature prioritization, while balancing the immediate needs of the clients and the long-term vision of the product.

- Work closely with product design, business, product development and product marketing teams to develop and successfully launch new products.

- Effectively articulate product requirements in line with business objectives, and manage product planning and timelines.

- Own the entire product development cycle and communicate and collaborate between teams.

- Champion and ship bold product bets that will significantly alter the business trajectory.

- Help create a world-class customer experience platform supporting end-users as well as internal & support teams.
