Job Title : Regional Sales Head.

Location : Pune, India.

Experience : 7+ years' experience in IT Sales, with a strong background in Network & Solution Sales, Data Centre, Hosting Services, Cloud, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security Solutions, Managed Infrastructure Services, System Integration Services.

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Head to lead our business development efforts in Pune.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers, ensuring business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the region.

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with enterprise clients.

- Provide consultative sales solutions for Network & Solution Sales, Data Centre, Hosting, Cloud, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security, and other IT services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and enhance performance.

- Identify trends and competitive strategies to position the company's services effectively in the Pune market.

- Ensure consistent sales growth while maintaining profitability and adherence to company policies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of selling IT solutions including Cloud, Data Centers. , Security Solutions, and Managed Services.

- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, system integration, and digital transformation solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to drive sales strategies and meet/exceed revenue targets.

- Experience in handling large enterprise accounts and government sectors is a plus.
