JOB DESCRIPTION:


1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enterprise sales targets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in enterprise organisations.

4. Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

5. Negotiate and close complex sales deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.

6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Analyse market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities and performance.

9. Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

2. Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets in the enterprise market.

3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer decision-making processes.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

7. Ability to travel if required.
