Purpose of the Role :
Front end analytics is a core analytics function at company which centrally serves all analytics needs for marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain. As a manager in analytics team, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing projects and will support our business with data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in handling digital marketing projects
- Experience of ML principles and marketing tech stack is a must
- Experience in Tableau and SQL is a must. R and python knowhow will be preferred
- Candidate should have experience of GA, DV 360,Sprinkler or related tool, AMS etc. DMP/CDP experience would be preferred
- Experience of working with FMCG, Food & Beverages, Retail, or similar industries will be desirable.
Key Deliverables of the Role :
- Manage internal stakeholder and prepare communications and respond to their enquiries.
- Ensure timescales and requirements are met.
- Collaborate closely with business teams like brand managers, category heads, CMMs for solution design, development, and deployment.
- Manage vendors and monitor their work to ensure business deliverables are met
- Assist in development of analytical solutions and simulators that bring critical insights to a variety of different problems such as targeting customers, segmenting markets, product design, marketing optimization and price analysis.
- Enable and drive acquisition and integration of data from new age channels. Develop data hypotheses and methods, share insights for model improvements
- Research, develop and drive innovative sales and marketing business case for driving growth
