Position Summary:

- The Department Director of Information Technology will be responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, and aligning technological capabilities with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term business goals.

- Create and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

Technical Management:

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.

- 5+ years of experience in a senior management position within an IT department.

- Proven track record of successful technology strategy implementation.

Technical Skills:

- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

- Experience with cloud computing technologies.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation strategies.
