KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - SE
Reporting to: Managing Director India
Location : Pune
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired business targets within Key EPC players.
- Preparation of Business Plan & Budgeting.
- New Market Development: Identifying potential areas /vertical segments for escalating business volumes and achieving sales & contribution targets.
- Customer Portfolio Development & sustainable customer retention strategy.
- Leading, nurturing & developing team for exceptional performance.
- Responsible for Sales in terms of Revenue Generation & delivering aggressive revenue growth that meets or exceeds business plan by identifying best industry segments and screen sales opportunities for economic, regulatory, and technical feasibility focusing sales and engineering resources on the best opportunities that will meet or exceed the Organizations business plan for revenues.
- Closing business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
Requirements :
- Engineering and Management graduate with a minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in the Solar Industry
- 3-5 years in a Sr. management role, with P&L responsibility
- Excellent Verbal and communication skills
