About the Job : 

- Responsible for business development & account acquisition/growth within the defined geography. Responsible for revenue generation in select areas/fields.

- Achieve revenue plans for Smartbox products and to participate with preparation in sales growth initiatives of the company.

- Build strong customer relationships while serving the customers in the market. Especially with named B2B accounts.

- Selling Smartbox products into new clients and provide sales support to the team. To develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and to develop account business plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts to promote Smartbox products.

- To work closely with the existing clients and look for cross-selling opportunities to increase sales volume.

- To establish a professional working relationship with a potential customer- decision-makers and senior management - to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.

- To build growth opportunities leveraging the account planning process. Responsible for achieving yearly/quarterly revenue targets for Smartbox product sales.

- Remotely spread teams to be managed across India. Should be open to travel - as the business may require.

About the Candidate :

- Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA), sales, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience in B2B sales is mandatory with strong IT product / IT infrastructure devices, equipment sales.

- Excellent communication - Fluent in the English language with excellent oral and written skill sets

Other Knowledge and skills as follow:

- Excels in consultative selling skills and business account planning skills.

- Comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting with effective communication skills both internally and externally.

- Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate to solutions.

- Negotiation skills and the ability to frame the product value proposition to customers.

- Management reporting
