Job Description :
- To grow its customer base, Fretron is looking for [Sales People] to pitch, present, negotiate and close deals with prospects.
- Setup Introduction Meetings with Customers based upon leads and navigate the hierarchy to set up meetings with Senior Leadership - like Logistics and IT Heads
- Understand their Situation and challenges wrt. to areas addressed by Fretron's solutions to identify the customer's needs and wants.
- Map the customer requirements with Fretron's products and work with the Product team to find solutions for any customizations required and effort estimation
- Help the customer develop a deeper understanding of the implications of problems in their current state and strengthen their desire to find a solution
- Develop a suitable presentation pitch depending upon the customer's context, priorities, decision process as well as strengthen our position wrt any alternate products being considered by the customer
- Present/demonstrate the Fretron's solution to the customer clearly highlighting how it solves the customers specific identified pain points
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers in consultation with the product team and suggest any improvements in the pricing model
- Identify customers decision process and timelines and proactively work to share relevant information/artifacts with the customer to help expedite the decision process, negotiate the contract and finalize the deal
- Introduce the Delivery team and Customer Success Team once the contract is signed and ensure relevant information is shared with them for smooth kickstart of the project
- Handholding the customer during project implementation and initial usage to expedite adoption and arrange to address issues if any.
- Keeping in touch with the customers on an ongoing basis for relationship building, product feedback as well as further customer references.
Skills :
- Planning/Prioritization skills so as to efficiently manage a days work and shuffle between various opportunities in hand across the country
- Tech Savvy - understand and appreciate technology products particularly in an enterprise context
- Critical Thinking - Ability to quickly identify customer's pain points based upon the general understanding of the logistics processes across industries, and fitment of Fretron products
- Customer Empathy/Listening/Persuasion skills - understand things from the customer's perspective and convince them about the value of solution offered
- Presentation and communication Skills - Good hand on Powerpoint and ability to explain tech products in simple words
- Pleasing Personality - well groomed
- Ability to meet targets - Track Record of closing deals and meeting and exceeding the sales targets
Qualification :
- 3-5 years of experience of selling software products/solutions to Mid or Large size Enterprises including interacting with senior executives in customers organizations and building relationships.
- Knowledge of Logistics industry would be an added advantage
