Role Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to accelerate Fretron's growth in the TMS market.

- This role is crucial in driving revenue by showcasing our cutting-edge SaaS platform to logistics decision-makers and C-suite executives.

- You will manage the entire sales cycle for our TMS solutions, working with high-quality leads to close deals and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Sales Cycle:

- Own the full sales process from initial engagement to closing, with a focus on enterprise clients.

- Deliver compelling demonstrations of Fretron's TMS platform, highlighting its unique features and ROI potential.

Strategic Client Engagement:

- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations, including CXOs and logistics leaders.

- Understand complex supply chain challenges and articulate how Fretron's solutions can transform their operations.

Account Development:

- Implement strategies for both new client acquisition and existing account expansion.

- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Market Presence:

- Represent Fretron at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

- Travel up to 30% of the time for on-site client meetings and product presentations.

Sales Operations:

- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in our CRM system.

- Provide regular forecasts and market insights to inform Fretron's growth strategy.

Desired Experience:

- 2-4 years in enterprise software sales, with a strong preference for TMS, supply chain, or logistics technology experience.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a closing role for at least 1 years.

- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and its value proposition in the logistics sector.

- Experience selling to both technical and business audiences within large enterprises.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

- Strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

- Strong analytical skills to build compelling business cases and ROI models.

- Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.

- Self-starter with a hunger for success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building consensus among multiple stakeholders
