Job Summary:

- We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced & results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through various marketing channels, a deep understanding of analytics, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

- This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

- Plan, execute, and analyze growth marketing campaigns across digital platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.

- A/B test creative and copy to optimize conversion rates.

- Analyze and report on the performance of growth marketing initiatives, leveraging Hubspot CRM and analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of growth strategies.
