JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and scale the Freshworks community from scratch
- Work with several stakeholders within the organization to promote the community, both internally and externally
- Develop a social strategy to promote the community online
- Create processes to leverage the community in gathering product feedback, identifying customer evangelists and generating new traffic for the Freshworks website
- Use an iterative approach to improve the user engagement on the community, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating initiatives
- Create engaging text, image and video content to fuel community growth
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of work experience as a community/social/inbound marketer with at least 3 years- experience in managing and growing a product community
- Prior experience of working cross-functionally in an organization
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
- SaaS/Software industry experience is a plus
- Content marketing experience is a plus
