Purpose of the role :
- Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist Leader across all business functions of FTH
Job Accountabilities :
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead talent acquisition team by providing direction & strategy. Identify, nurture and deploy talent effectively. Partner with the Business Heads to build people capability.
- Build unique employer brand to help attract top talent.
- Provide insights from the market to design competitive compensation and Benefit structure.
- Design JD's providing clarity about the role.
- Design and monitor key metrics and reports related to Talent acquisition process.
- Talent Management/development
- Act as consultant to be the - go to- person for all HR needs and partner with business heads based at all geographies.
- Developing and implementing performance management process for each business unit.
- Lead Learning & Development efforts for all teams.
- Employee communication
- Design and lead a process to connect with each employee on regular basis.
- Build listening systems(1-1, surveys, all hands etc) communication processes in the organization to ensure effective HR support and coverage.
- Handle employee grievances to build a trusted continuing employee relations
- HR operations
- Develop, Lead and manage employee life cycle transactions and process excluding Payroll & Compliance.
- Implement HR technology solutions for efficient and accurate HR workflow.
Job Skills :
- Proven work experience in acquiring talent for software technical roles as well as business related roles.
- People management skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate independently and effectively across all levels in the organization.
- Ability work in ambiguous start up environment and flexibility to work with rapidly changing plans.
