Freshtohome Foods - Manager - Last Mile Delivery Operations

- Will be responsible for entire TN region last mile delivery operations.

- Will be responsible for P & L, Budgeting, Customer experience

- Conducting periodic trainings and grooming sessions to enhance delivery team operational efficiency.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with delivery partners and Franchises.

- Evaluating Industry and implementing best practices and standards.

- Should generate MIS reports / weekly / by weekly / Monthly and keep control on operational expenses.

Skills Required:

- 12 to 15+ Years of last mile operational experience in E Commerce industry.

- Ability to manage 600+ last mile team across TN region.

- Must have good interpersonal and people management skills

- Graduate/postgraduate with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills
