- Ownership of general trade business vertical including budgeting, visibility, monitoring and controlling.
- Achieving the monthly/annual sales targets at national and regional level for all products. Establishing Distributor network including ( identification, selection , On boarding and managing) as per the company's expansion plans.
- Ensuring adequate distributors in the zone are appointed on time and are operational through proper coordination.
- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for General Trade.
- Working closely with the top management and regional business heads and the consistency of the brand and supporting them with initiatives which are in line with the business objectives.
- Partnering with Branding, Trade marketing, Supply chain and ensuring flawless execution. Overall ownership of activity/ promotions and trade marketing activities across general trade outlets.
- Operating all Schemes & Promotional Activities (Marketing & Sales).
- Developing and managing sales budgets, and overseeing the development and management of internal operating budgets.
