Educational Qualification: MBA(Marketing)
Work Experience: 7+ years in Category Management (P&L management & Promotional Activities)
Work Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities Include:
- Owning P&L for categories, strategies to increase revenue and profit margins
- Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Managing inventory levels to maximize sales.
- Determining competitive pricing and promotional activities of all categories
- Collaborating with procurement, marketing, promotion, delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assisting in coordinating and executing the business tactics for development, marketing and sales of the products in the category.
- Responding to customer's queries about new products.
- Implementing monthly promotional strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market competitions.
- Researching competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Calculating forecasts for product demand trends
