- Responsible for identifying, onboarding and managing new Ecom/MT clients
- Planning and executing business forecast, and roadmap to achieve the targets for the business.
- Work closely with Vertical head to execute new product launches in Modern Trade, E-commerce, HoReCa & General trade.
- Keeping a track of competitors' activity and having an updated comparison on all brands.
- Plan pricing and offers specific to each account timely.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to the management on the targets and business progress.
- Driving operational efficiency for E-commerce as well as modern trade channel.
- Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders
- Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to the company
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for invoice collection and resolving all long outstanding receivables.
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
- Manage and review customer experience through frequent market visits and liaising Operations Team.
