Freshersworld.com - Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who will drive all product initiatives for Freshersworld.com with innovative business ideas in the Internet & Mobile. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven product management experience, and is equally comfortable working with all stake holders. The ideas responsibilities include

- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestors.

- Develop the product strategy and roadmap for Freshersworld.com products.

- Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches.

- Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings.

- Be the first point of escalation for any product related problems/queries.

- Evaluate new product opportunities for Company fit, from an audience and technology perspective.

- Analyze internal systems and recommend software enhancements to improve productivity.

- Define and drive the MOBILE STRATEGY for the company

- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition

- Work with marketing groups to implement campaigns to drive awareness

- Analyse all revenue potentials for each products and drive the company towards profitability with the right product & processes.

Skills & Experience

- MBA with engineering background

- The ideal profile will have 3 - 6 years relevant experience in product management and consumer marketing roles with exposure to internet/mobile and new media products.

- Good Entrepreneurship attitude.

- A high level of interest in internet & education and a real passion for struggling through the odds to achieve success will be the most important factor for this job.

- Very hands-on and keen eye for detail, with the ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.

- Positive, pro-active attitude with a will to deliver quickly, adhering to tight deadlines and excellent analytical skills to analyze and fix problems quickly.

- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle.

- Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making. Working with big data is a plus

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 3- 6 Yrs.
