This role entails developing Recruitment and Operations and making it a success through implementation of policies, processes and programs which aim in individual as well as organizational development.
What will you do :
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle
- Manage Joining, Onboarding and Induction of New Joinees.
- Execute end to end payroll process through HRMS software
- Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, salary negotiation
- Vendor Management
- Ensuring management and timely updating of employee files
- Maintain HR Dashboard
- Manage PMS
- Help in designing HR Policies.
- Ensuring HR Compliance.
You should apply If you have :
- Graduate/Post Graduate In HRM or relevant Fields
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and Operations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders for day-to-day tasks
- Good communication skills
- Great attention to detail while carrying out your responsibilities
