Manager - Talent Management
The incumbent shall be full time M.B.A. in Human Resource with 6-8 years of experience in Learning and Development. Should have good understanding of HR concepts, practices and emerging trends
Primary Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- As a Talent Management Super-user, implement Talent Management initiatives
- Performance and capability identification
- Talent Management Process Improvement
- Talent Identification and Mapping
- Succession Planning
Organization Development:
- Manages a companywide process of organization development.
- Address issues such as succession planning, superior work force development, and key employee retention and change management.
- Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, new letters, one to one meetings and intranet use.
- Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design and personal forecast.
- Monitors the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goal and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Employee engagement by Organizing the festival celebration, get together.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Defines all Human Resources training programs and assigns the authority/ responsibility of human resources and managers with those programs.
- Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including
- Workshops, manuals, employee handbooks and standardized reports.
- Establishes an in house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessments, new employee orientation or on boarding management development.
Internal Communications:
- Responsible for catering to all the communication needs of the organization which includes Company website, intranet portal, in-house magazines, Annual Reports, Annual diaries etc.
- Managing Communications agencies to ensure that the most appropriate, effective and efficient resources are efficient to the business
- Conceptualizing and organizing internal/ employee engagement events like celebrations, wellness programs
Policy Development:
- Ensure proper implementation of existing Policies and procedures.
- Development of new polices to attract and retain the potential talent.
Performance Management System:
- Identify growth potential and behavioral learning needs.
- Align performance management process with career development.
- Miscellaneous
- Coordinate & support Auditors linked with HR system and processes.
- eLearning System Administration
- User Data Maintenance
- Vendor Management
- Communication, Training and eLearning vendor relations and contracts
- MIS
