- Responsible for Business Planning, Budgeting & Operations to drive Sales of the brand pan India.
- Build & implement a Multi Channel Sales Plan & Strategy – Wholsale, Key Accounts, Franchise and plan
- Business Development, Retail Expansion & Development, Distribution Management, Retail Management
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for retail operations management
- Trade Marketing - Brand Promotions & Marketing Activities in the Trade Channels
- Plan to Maximize Point of Sales, Gross Sales, Net Revenue and RGM.
- Key KPIs – Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, Standard Margin, Collections.
- Responsible for managing Cost of Retail & operating margins for the Sales Business.
- Planning & implementation of marketing budget to enhance visibility in the designated geography
- Develop & Nurture teams based on business growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience in retail industry with track record of achieving sales goals
- International experience will be an added advantage along with understanding of the apparel business
- Analytical thinking, highly proactive, self-motivated with high level of energy
- Experienced at building client relationships and passionate about customer service
- Strong sales floor awareness with knowledge of visual merchandising
- Highly Goal Oriented.
- Motivated and focused on team management to achieve results
- Strong understanding and commitment to standards of excellence in customer service, merchandising, sales and store operations
- Self-Motivated individual with an ability to scale up the business from scratch.
