About Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services:

The FIDS team comprises of 370+ dedicated forensic professionals including certified fraud examiners, former police officers, chartered accountants, CPAs, MBAs, technology professionals and analysts. The team works out of Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.

Candidate’s requirement for this job:

Qualification: Graduation - BCOM, BA etc. A CFE or Certified Surveillance Investigator (CSI) would be preferred

Experience: Min 2 plus years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Job Role:

- Undertaking investigations across retail/wholesale markets across major cities in India to identify individuals/entities involved in manufacturing, sale and distribution of counterfeit products

- Gathering market information on counterfeit activities

- Undertaking market surveys to gather primary data on size of counterfeit market and collection of product samples

- Public domain searches to gather secondary data on counterfeit industry

- Undertake background due diligence on identified individuals/entities

- Data analytics and link analysis to generate leads for focused investigation

- Capturing all findings gathered during the investigation in a well written report Feel free to contact me case any clarifications

- Should have prior experience in investigating frauds relating to kickbacks, supply chain leakage, employee – vendor collusion, employment falsification, IP theft, etc with specific focus on solving the frauds using external approaches.

- Should have prior experience in undertaking mystery shopping across industries

- Expertise in building interface with individuals/entities for collecting market intelligence.

- Experience in conducting site visits, surveillance and industry enquiries.

- Experience in conducting desktop background checks/due diligence on different entities.

- Experience of working in retail/wholesale markets based across cities in India – FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Software etc.
