What is the Director - Business Planning & Sales Management responsible for?
Director - Business Planning & Sales Management is responsible for leading diverse teams:
- Business Planning, P&L management and business strategy
- Business Analytics & Intelligence
- Central Sales management
What are the ongoing responsibilities?
- Sales Management and Business Planning - Help develop Sales targets and strategies, track and compute incentives, provide actionable sales intelligence, help review and refine sales processes, collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales objectives are met through delivery of timely analytics and technology support. Responsible for coordination with Corporate Accounts, GSDI Finance and Regional CAO for all regional and international reporting needs, budget management processes
- Run the Business Intelligence function - use enterprise data to extract intelligence, to assist in key decisions in particular around pricing and profitability and use analytics to challenge and evolve business practices. Parter closely with Technology and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate availability of data
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- Master's in Management or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in BFSI (preferably in Asset Management or Banking)
- Exposure to core analytics, managing a P&L would be an added bonus
