Job Description:

- Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA with minimum 14 years of Hard Core Sales Experience of which the last 2 years should be at Pan India Level controlling multiple centers / Branches.

- Ensuring admissions and subsequent collections from Centers company owned / franchisee centers.

- Candidate will be responsible for achieving Pan India Sales Target comprising of multiple centers.

- Leading & motivating sales force & implementing sales & BTL/Promotional strategies in those centers under him.

- Candidate will be responsible for overall student enrollment for pan India.

- Candidate will be responsible for company run centers and/or franchisee centers.

- Should have analytical expertise and competence to do thorough team reviews.

- Profile requires extensive traveling.

- Salary Based on Individual Competency, Experience, and Last Drawn Salary.

- Should have been stable in the previous organization with proven track record. Should not be a job hopper.
