About the Position - TERRITORY HEADSALES:

- We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Mumbai and with a minimum experience of 12-18 years in sales with a reputed educational institute/college/university/organisation.

- Territory Head Sales is a key leadership position responsible for the sales targets across the region.

- This role requires a combination of sales leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales skills to drive sales in the region .

- This role requires an excellent track record in sales .

The key responsibilities associated with this role are as under:

Strategy:

- Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.

Team Leadership:

- Leading and managing the Sales team of the region.

- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Sales :

- Achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centres in the region.

- Ensuring sales process adherence by sales team.

- Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.

- Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS reports.

- Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team.

- Make productive BA tie ups.

- Conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.

- Ensuring sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins.

- Visiting regularly the centers and ensuring sales targets are delivered.

- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales and other relevant information.

- Analyzing this data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions to maximise sales.

Day-to-Day Operations:

- Ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all aspects of the sales at the center.

- Regular visits to centers in the region.

Company Policies & Directives:

- Ensuring strict adherence to Sales Processes, Policies and Directives.

- Other Requirements.

- Must be open to extensive travel.

- Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation.

- Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.

- Must be based in Mumbai.

Qualifications:

- Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.

- 12-18 Years of excellent track record in sales.
