About the Position - AGM-TALENT ACQUISITION:
- We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR and with a minimum experience of 12 years in Talent acquisition with a reputed company.
Responsibilities & Experience:
- Excellent track record and experience in doing non-IT / Sales recruitments.
- Managing a team of 10 -15 recruiters
- Vendor Management.
- Handling the entire recruitment process.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; sales and non-sales requirements across levels.
- Providing training to recruiters if required.
- Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements and analysis with Business Heads.
- Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost-effective hiring,
- Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic, online interviews, fundamental analysis, and shortlisting of the candidates
- Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers
- Salary fitment, negotiations, and offer roll-outs.
- Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
- Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation
- Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Delhi- NCR
Qualifications:
- Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.
- 12 -14 Years of extensive experience in Mass/Niche/Support and leadership hiring.
- Must have handled a large team
