About the Position -

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Mumbai.

The person must have a solid track record in handling Training Delivery vertical with a minimum experience of 15-20 years working as a full-time employee.

Candidates from Education Industry shall be preferred.

Responsibilities & Experience:

- Will be responsible for Regional Delivery Operations including total implementation of processes & and systems in the delivery vertical.

- Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities.

- Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Centre Operation Managers.

- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments.

- Regular visits to the centers falling in the Region.

- Responsible for putting students in the batches after admission & and their documentation.

- To Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery.

- Carry out student development activities.

- Responsible for Organising Parents Teacher Meetings at Centres.

- Should interact with all the students in batches and ensure complete student satisfaction at all levels.

- Ensure timely certification of the students by coordination with the Certification Team.

- Controlling Slippage, Dropouts & Leakage at all levels.

- Faculty Management & Rostering of the Region.

- Ensuring excellent attendance (90%)of students in the region.

- Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.

- Must be based in Mumbai.

- Open to frequent travel within and outside Mumbai.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.

- Excellent communication and selling skills.

- Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.

- Should be a consistent High performer.
