About the Position - AGM-HR OPERATIONS:

- We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi/NCR and working in HR Operations with a reputed company.

- Minimum 15 years of experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities & Experience:

- Must be presently handling HR Operations in a full-time role in a reputed organisation

- Employee Communication

- Implementing HRIS & PMS systems

- Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation

- Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- MBA-HR with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.

- Proven track record as a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policies and procedures, ability to think outside the box, and having a solution-centric approach
