About the job:

- You shall be responsible for Heading Sales Vertical and achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centres

- You Shall be responsible for ensuring sales process adherence by sales team.

- You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.

- Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS reports

- Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team

- You shall make productive BA tie ups

- You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.

- Ensuring sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins.

- Visiting regularly the centers assigned to you and ensuring sales targets are delivered
