Job Description
Business development manager (Dubai)
Roles and responsibility :
- Finalize Corporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands
- New Client acquisition through Corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing clients.
- Personal visits to corporate involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
- Handling Brand and Investor portfolio
- Selling various brands (or business /franchising concepts)
- Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile
- Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement
- Maintain loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
- Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.

Skills :
- 3 to 4 Years of experience (B2B Sales into service based company) Franchise sales will be Advantage
- Must have MBA
- Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business.
- Must display discipline and a competitive spirit.
