1. Responsible for development of Franchise/Dealer Network.
2. To Pitch the Franchise proposition to the Prospected Leads or Investor through Calling / Emailing / Meetings / Con- Call.
3. Sourcing suitable real estate sites, checking for eligibility of franchise prospects and judging their financial capabilities.
4. To Follow & Manage Leads through CRM.
5. To provide support to the existing Franchises like: daily support, marketing support & To coordinate with the corporate office and look after the Franchise needs.
6. Responsible for Holding Company's Franchise Events, Investor meet & Exhibitions & Brand Building activities.
7. Lead for all Development team meetings - develop and manage agendas, meetings and reports.
8. Coordinates and presents complete packets to the Franchise Review Committee.
9. Assist in updating, as necessary, the Company's Franchise Disclosure Document, Franchise Agreement, and related documents.
10. Proactively develop plans and programs to generate new franchise growth opportunities.
11. Work with Company's management team, legal department, vendors, franchisees and others to ensure sales recruiting process is executed.
