Job Responsibilities:
- Review potential and existing business partners to ensure their strategic and financial fit with the company.
- Marketing company's services to prospective business partners.
- Responsible for sourcing, closing new acquisitions and ensure lighthouse wins.
- Negotiating contract terms and lead partner onboarding.
- Ensure continued growth and profitability by creating long term acquisition strategies.
- Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
- Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
Key Competencies:
- 3-5 years of relevant sales/BD experience.
- Should have worked on partner management for at least 3 years and comfortable working in a matrix structure.
- Ability to handle several projects, vendors and contracts simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team building.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, and ability to multitask.
