Our client is one of the prestigious Business house in the country and has excellent HR practices. It is a great place to work. The client is setting up Multi Brand Automobile retail workshops across the country.

The brief job profile is given below:

- The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in developing franchisee for Services sector like Retail Outlets (e.g. Dominos, Subway etc)

- Should be able to have a good grip on legal matters related to franchisee

- Should have managed franchisee, their performance

- Should help franchisee set up their systems in line with company standards

- Should identify the areas / locations where to develop franchisee

- Should be able to evaluate potential franchisee candidates and choose the best for the company

- Should have good understanding of commercial matters
