What You'll Do:
- Identify companies seeking franchise opportunities and introduce them to our unique business partner recruitment program.
- Sell advertising packages and premium memberships to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our program.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 2-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Franchise Development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and match franchisee needs with the right franchisors.
- A persistent and results-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and social media marketing.
