What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development plan to achieve expansion goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential franchise territories.
- Source and qualify high-caliber franchise candidates through various channels (e.g., industry events, online platforms, referrals).
- Build strong relationships with potential franchisees and educate them about our brand and franchise opportunity.
- Evaluate candidates based on financial qualifications, business experience, and alignment with our brand values.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees throughout the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to foster a collaborative and successful network.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in franchise development or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding franchise partners.
- Strong understanding of the franchise business model and legal framework.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential franchise candidates based on relevant criteria.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
