- Within the scope of our vision to expand our markets globally we are establishing a network of Alliance Partners for our Recruitment Business across major cities locally as well an internationally.

Your Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position are based on the category that you or your organization has been assigned to:

Sourcing Alliance Partner: 

As a Sourcing Alliance Partner you will be directly responsible for sourcing vacancies from reputed corporate(s) locally as well as internationally. You will essentially be representing GlassCube in managing those specific corporate accounts and seeking avenues of further business development. To successfully accomplish the fulfillment of the vacancies you will be working closely with GlassCube and have access to a diverse set of marketing and talent scouting tools at your disposal.

 Screening Alliance Partner:

- Screening Alliance Partners shall receive vacancy requirements directly from GlassCube on behalf of its clients. The Alliance Partner's responsibilities will be:

- Screening the right candidates for the vacancies received from GlassCube. After screening, Alliance Partner will process the candidates profiles as per GlassCube's branding norms and forward their profiles for submission to the client for short-listing. Once the candidates are shortlisted, the Alliance Partner will line-up the candidates for interviews as per the client's schedule.

Business Development Alliance Partner:

Under this category, you as an Alliance Partner will be responsible for sourcing vacancies from reputed corporate(s) [from any location in the country/Overseas], for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing and transfer the requirement to GlassCube. GlassCube shall arrange to find suitable candidates by its Recruitment team or its resources.

Contract length: 12 months

 Part-Time hours: 40 per week
