We are seeking an experienced Franchise Operations Coach to join Operations team.

You will be responsible for:

- A key point of contact for the Director of operations & market franchise leadership

- Build partnerships with HR head, Delivery head, Training Head, LSM lead & NSO lead, understanding the structure, pipeline, planning and operating capability, identifying areas for improvement and growth in existing restaurants and new stores.

- Work with franchise leaders on various initiatives with agreed timelines, through a documented follow up roadmap. Complete and agree appropriate action plans and track progress and performance against.

- Build Fz capability towards opening great new restaurants and minimize brand risk, maintaining brand standards, FPM and IFA compliance.

- Conduct monthly people plan analysis by market to help improve their people capability and planning on NSO's to improve people and operational capability in new restaurants.

- Create and elevate data led insights and reporting to deliver against appropriate measures, and signal points of intervention when required with tail stores against each category. such as People, customers & sales parameters

- Working cross functionally across the RSC to ensure a one system approach in delivering great customer experience.

- Spend time in the field with franchise partners - ensuring operational knowledge is always current

- Attend and participate in all franchise comms meetings to present, facilitate and add clarity to content. Ensure relevant audience attendance and participation.

- Provide updates for RSC, REx, LT & cross-functional meetings and attend where necessary

- Keep up to date with relevant franchisee situations that may impact NSO performance/pipeline

- Effectively manage and plan schedule to ensure franchise diary appoints are met

- Ensure periodic decks, reports & bench plan data are kept up to date

We are looking for someone with:

- Minimum Experience of 7 to 10 years

- Deep level of operational and people & culture knowledge

- Experience of opening successful New Restaurants

- Project Management experience would be helpful.

- QSR/Retail operational experience and commercial acumen

- Ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally

- Analytical thinker who is capable of understanding root cause analysis, and applying actions to drive consistent change

- Outstanding action driving ability, and attention to detail in managing process
