Franchise Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Franchise Development:- Identify and target potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Generate franchise leads through various channels and screen prospects to ensure alignment with the brand's values and objectives.
- Sign new franchisees, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.
- Ensure all documents are received from the Sub Licensees.
- Develop and present franchise business models and agreements to prospective franchisees.
- Meet monthly and annual MOU & Agreement signing targets.
Support & Operations:- Provide end-to-end support to new franchisees, from the initial agreement through to the opening of the club and beyond.
- Ensure franchisees are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to successfully operate their clubs.
- Conduct regular market surveys to monitor industry trends and gather insights to keep the franchise network ahead of the competition.
- Implement and manage a franchisee feedback program to continually improve support services and ensure franchisee satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a strong and healthy franchisee feedback program to gather insights and address concerns, ensuring the franchise network meets expectations and remains competitive.
- Analyse financial and operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights to franchisees and senior management.
