Core functions:
- Manage the entire franchise sales process from qualification to school opening.
- Execute the franchise growth strategy for the Company.
- Increase brand presence, network with lending institutions, enhance prospect flow by networking and
- Recruit new franchisees by attending relevant conventions and tradeshows.
- Work collaboratively with, legal, IT, accounting, finance, real estate, construction, franchise operations, and
- Other sales team members to provide support to franchisees.
Key Duties/responsibility :
Strategic :
- Develop solid leads, methodically source and recruit new franchisee prospects to guarantee continual pipeline regeneration.
- Facilitate New Franchisee Orientation Program.
- Plan and host corporate Discovery Day events for new franchisee candidates, to display brand superiority.
- As a part of a site selection committee, review and analyze sites for franchisees
- Implementation
- Execute one-on-one sales meetings.
- Responsible for the franchise sales Pre-qualification and application process.
- Complete benchmarking to determine some best practice components of the franchise sales industry
